U.LUBE team on-site service case:Bale winder lubrication improvement of brewery filling plant

目前發(fā)現(xiàn)該啤酒廠灌裝車間卷包機輸送鏈條惩琉、熱風機軸承出現(xiàn)潤滑問題豆励。輸送鏈條運行工況持續(xù)在200℃以上高溫，使用的是某牌的普通鋰基脂瞒渠，該普通鋰基脂流動性比較差良蒸，潤滑劑不能很好的進入到鏈條的滾子和軸套之間形成潤滑膜，耐高溫性能也比較差伍玖，基礎油容易揮發(fā)嫩痰，而稠化劑將會遺留到鏈條上，在高溫下容易形成油泥窍箍、積碳串纺。

At present, it is found that the brewery's filling workshop has lubrication problems with the conveyor chain and hot air blower bearing. The operating condition of the conveyor chain is above 200℃, and using a common lithium grease. The fluidity of the common lithium grease is poor, and the lubricant cannot enter the chain roller and sleeve to form a lubricating film, and the performance of high temperature resistance is also poor, the base oil is easy to evaporate, and the thickening agent will be left on the chain, and sludge and carbon will be easily formed under high temperature.

而熱風機軸承同樣運行工況持續(xù)在200℃以上高溫条馍，使用的是普通鈣基脂顶恍，流動抗高溫性能同樣比較差，潤滑劑耐高溫性能差请癣，基礎油容易揮發(fā)，而稠化劑也遺留到軸承上母边，高溫下形成油泥砍倾、積碳，造成軸承干摩擦蒲姥，卡死等現(xiàn)象(普通鈣基脂即黃油是不積碳的乎叫，只會流失)，從而降低了軸承的使用壽命六泞。
