為期 6 個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)會(huì)有不同工作內(nèi)容針對(duì)性的培訓(xùn)茁只，如市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷膛胜、管理運(yùn)營(yíng)、人力資源甫恩。初期是全方位的各部門學(xué)習(xí)逆济。中后期部門經(jīng)理會(huì)有個(gè)人談話和職業(yè)引導(dǎo)來(lái)決定實(shí)習(xí)工作的具體職責(zé)和內(nèi)容。所涵蓋的實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容可以參考以下工作職責(zé)：
A duration of 6 month internship will lead you to explore a dynamic working environment?and an?extensive training program, such as digital marketing, business operations and human?resources. At the beginning, you would have an orientation in every department. To the mid?and the final term, a departmental manager or a personal coach would guide you through an?individual task supervision. A more specific job responsibilities and tasks can be?drawn out by both sides during the internship. The training content can be referred as the following:
社交媒體的運(yùn)營(yíng)磺箕，包括在 facebook奖慌，Instagram，小紅書松靡、微信等渠道的日常內(nèi)容發(fā)布简僧，平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)分析，粉絲互動(dòng)和品牌維護(hù)雕欺；
視頻腳本撰寫岛马、拍攝和剪輯；
宣發(fā)視覺(jué)內(nèi)容物料的設(shè)計(jì)和制作屠列，能夠熟練使用 photoshop/indesign/premiere pro 者優(yōu)先考慮啦逆；
運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)的季度分析伞矩，包括google商家，預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)夏志，營(yíng)收系統(tǒng)等乃坤；
店面營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)策劃和落地實(shí)施；
管轄區(qū)域門店?duì)I業(yè)額的清算兰吁；
門店內(nèi)部服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)驼吓、食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的日常維護(hù)，如質(zhì)檢記錄肘抒、服務(wù)監(jiān)察配赊、經(jīng)理反饋；
門店固定資產(chǎn)管理, 包含設(shè)備維護(hù)和維修任感、檔案管理积苞；
負(fù)責(zé)人員信息的檔案建立和管理；
負(fù)責(zé)新員工招募的渠道發(fā)布彻虾，面試安排守皆，合同制作。
Is responsible for the daily content operations on social medias, including facebook, Instagram, Red, Wechat etc.
Develop or design visual graphic collaterals, having a good command in photoshop,?indesign is a pro
Compose video script, filming and editing
Analyze operation related data on google merchant /reservation system /revenue system?etc per period
Plan campaigns for the locations and implement campaigns on sites from A to Z
Manage the daily revenue for each business account
Maintain service standards and food security internally and externally, such as location?inspection, service supervision, manager feedback
Manage the fixed assets, including equipment’s reparation and maintenance, document?archiving
Open up employee’s files and maintain on daily basis
Organize recruitment’s publishment, interview and draft employment contract

具有本科及以上學(xué)歷溅宅， 偏向與酒店管理砸镀，經(jīng)濟(jì)，數(shù)字營(yíng)銷搪书，數(shù)據(jù)分析唱逢，媒體相關(guān)
熟悉使用辦公軟件 Windows Office
有較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識(shí)和溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，熱情工作態(tài)度
中英文流利屋休，會(huì)荷蘭文者優(yōu)先考慮
You are self-driven, responsible
You are sensitive to figures
You are service oriented and strong at communication
You have a certificate of a bachelor or higher education degree（preferably related to?hospitality management, BA, data analysis, digital marketing and media）
You have?hands-on working attitude
You have good command of Dutch, speaking mandarin is a plus
